Sadly, in the name of performance speed, it is time again to erase all the pictures from my iPhone. It's good to do this sort of thing on some kind of a semi regular basis, if you're like me and take a picture of just about anything you see. Just in case phone camera pictures have feelings, before their final journey to the trash, here's a tribute to some of my favorites. I might post more as I am going through them. I am stuck inside the house and have some time on my hands.
I love this. Geoff takes great candid pictures (for the most part). In fact I think I'll keep this one.
Traffic. It gets vicious around 4:30 I tell you.
Geoff took this after a pro did my make up. I don't like how she did my make up, my eyes look as though I am 40! (Vanity alert) Also, the Arabian girl who does my eye brows would not be happy with this I tell you! I am not kidding. She tells me off every time I innocently pluck a teeny stray hair anywhere near my brows. I don't know if she spies on me or has hidden cameras mounted in my bathroom, but she can tell from a mile away if I touched my brows.
Me as Marilyn last Halloween. This picture makes me laugh.
The view from one of my favorite restaurants. My kind of a place for sure.
Love the ocean! I don't think there's a single soul on this earth who doesn't, do you?
I have more pictures of Jamie than I have pictures of anything or anyone else... I am saving them all on a memory stick, parting with them is just not an option for me...
Probably the only thing I have more pictures of than Jamie is photos of important notes, phone numbers, license plates, parking lot aisle codes, tracking numbers, in other words things I am too lazy to write down on a piece of paper. I swear I don't even know what my handwriting looks like anymore...
Some of these were probably taken with my real camera and ended up being stored in my phone. The reason I am suspecting this is the case is that these photos have depth whereas phone camera pictures are very two dimensional, lack composition and have no depth.
There are quite a few more I'd like to post here before they get trashed. Unfortunately I don't have my friends' permission to post pictures of them. I will probably be posting more as I go through them, so do check back in a bit.
This post is so long I could actually have written a real post. You know, one with some substance. And I will. My next post will be about Riley, whom I call Smokey. But first you need to guess who Smokey is. Robyn, Lucky and Geoff are not allowed to give you a hint (no bribes).
Thanks for stopping by, hope you enjoyed your visit. By for now.
